Here are our conditions indicate which shipments, returns and exchanges are. 1. The cost of shipments within Spain is 12 € + VAT, shipping costs for orders made from Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands will be 16 € + VAT, customers will bear the customs costs if any. The international costs will depend on the area from where the order is placed, the system will automatically apply the quantity. In all cases the price of the shipping costs will increase if the orders are above 500 €.

2. Estimated delivery time for purchase online is 15-20 working days. In some cases it may be higher depending on the stock of the product, if the order exceeds 20 working days the company will contact the customer to tell you why.

3. All orders include items in our online store are subject to the availability of the same. In the case of not being able to send the product, its unavailability or other circumstances, we reserve the right to warn of this fact by email, offering items of equal quality and value which you can order. You can not make / change the order such substitute items, we will refund any amount that you could have paid.

Conditions of exchange / return

1. You have two days to proceed with the exchange / return of your order. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received with no apparent signs of use and properly labeled. Olacaracola reserves the right to refuse any item that is not in perfect condition.

2. How to file a return - To make an exchange or refund, you must contact us to be authorized. Then enter in a box or bag (if possible, in the same media on which you received the order) the item you want to exchange or return along with the packing slip that came with the order. Please indicate on the delivery note which item is and the reason for the return. - You can choose any of the following methods to send your return: b) Delivery Shop-workshop (free).
